Pull up a chair. Let’s talk about leadership—and life.
If you’re looking for corporate jargon, polished buzzwords, or a 10-step trick to magically fix your workplace overnight, you might be in the wrong place. But if you’re looking for a candid, quiet space to figure out who you are as a leader and where you’re going next... welcome. Grab a cup of coffee.
I’ve spent my life studying how people work—and why we get in our own way.
Long before I earned my doctorate, I was in the trenches of senior HR leadership and executive coaching. Every single day, I sat in the rooms where big decisions were made, navigated real workplace messiness, and helped leaders work through tough human dynamics.
Working so closely with leaders raised a deeply fascinating question for me: What actually drives human behavior at the intersection of people and organizations?
That curiosity led me to pursue my PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. I wanted to back up my years of hands-on experience with hard science—understanding the deeper psychological principles behind how teams tick, why leaders get stuck, and what creates true, lasting growth.
What I’ve learned in all these years boils down to one simple truth:
You can have the best strategy in the world, but if the human element isn't grounded, authentic, and clear... everything stalls.
From managing organizational systems to holding space for people.
For a long time, my business focused heavily on HR consulting—fixing processes, building organizational structures, and solving corporate puzzle pieces. It was important work, and I loved it.
But over time, I noticed something.
The most transformative moments didn't happen during policy overhauls. They happened in quiet, one-on-one conversations. They happened when an executive felt safe enough to say, "I don't know what to do next," or when a leader realized their old habits weren't serving them anymore.
As I step into my own next chapter—what many call semi-retirement, but I prefer to call my "reinvention"—I’ve intentionally narrowed my focus to where my true passion lives. It isn't in managing human resource systems. It's in coaching the human behind the title.
Leadership isn't a destination. It's a practice of becoming.
Here’s what I know to be true after a lifetime in this field:
You aren't broken. You don't need to be "fixed." You just need perspective, space to reflect, and the right questions to unlock what’s already there.
The hard stuff is where the growth is. The conversations we avoid are almost always the ones we need to have most.
Your title is what you do, not who you are. True leadership starts from the inside out—leading yourself first so you can lead others well.
Whether you're navigating executive pressures, steering through organizational change, or quietly asking yourself what your next season of life and career should look like... you don't have to figure it out alone.
A little more about me...
PhD, PCC, SPHR, SHRM-SCP
When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me being bossed around by my tiny dog. She is small yet self-determined—a bit like me in that way.
I’m also happiest curled up on the couch immersed in a good book, sipping hot or iced coffee depending on the time of day, swimming, or spending quality time with my extended family. And as I step further into this reinvention phase, travel is high on my list—I finally have the time to slow down and truly enjoy it.

Any questions?
-
Many clients use professional development or training budgets for coaching. I’m happy to provide documentation or language you can share with your employer.
-
Most of the leaders I work with are mid-level. Still, I collaborate with leaders at various stages in their careers — from newly promoted managers to senior executives — who are navigating complex people dynamics and seek to lead with greater authenticity and confidence.
-
I get it. Leadership is demanding, and your calendar probably reflects that. We’ll meet twice a month for 55 minutes, with light reflection or prep between sessions. It’s a focused commitment — and most clients find it gives them time back by helping them lead more definitively.
The version of leadership you want is a process of becoming.
Let’s figure out what’s getting in the way so you can start leading your people even better.
